    oooh, I am going to look at your list for inspiration. I have read Caleb’s Crossing and am now reading People of the Book, after loving ‘year of wonders’ a few years ago. The book thief has been on my list for a while and I haven’t read Melina Marchetta for ages…will chase that one up.
